Weekly Schedule
Available to: Everyone
The Schedule page in List View is where you build and manage your weekly shifts. Each week is displayed as a series of day cards, with shifts grouped by area.
Layout
The weekly schedule shows:
- Week navigation -- arrows to move between weeks, plus the current week number and date range
- Day cards -- one card per day, showing all shifts for that day
- Shifts grouped by area -- within each day, shifts are organized by work area (Kitchen, Service, etc.)
- Shift details -- each shift shows the employee name, start/end time, total hours, and status
Shift statuses
- Draft -- the shift is planned but not yet visible to employees
- Published -- the shift is finalized and visible

Publishing shifts
Draft shifts are only visible to you and other admins/owners. To make the schedule visible to managers and staff, publish the shifts.
Tip: Build your schedule as drafts first. Review it, then publish once you're happy with the week.
What you see on each shift card
- Employee name
- Time range (e.g., 09:00 - 17:00)
